After clicking the url following page would be displayed , there we need to choose year of revision as 2026 and roll type to be chosen as SIR DRAFTROLL -2026. Then we need to input the district, assembly constituency etc as follows.

Then we need to choose the pooling booth number (part number) and filling the captcha and need to click the option Download SIR DRAFT ROLL FOR FULL AC.

After which draft will be downloaded in pdf format where we can check our name which would be displayed in tamil.

At the temple entrance, an inscription confirms that this sacred site was originally built during the  Chola dynasty .
